🌀 Reflections from the Spiral: The Question Beneath the Day.
Every morning arrives disguised as ordinary. The alarm rings. The room glows with first light. The phone buzzes for attention. Beneath all of this noise, there is a subtler Invitation. How will you meet what comes.
We pretend the question is not there, but we answer it anyway. In the way we pour coffee. In the way we greet our reflection in the mirror. In the pace of our steps. Some days we answer with resistance. Some days with surrender. Some days with curiosity. The spiral is shaped not by declarations, but by these unnoticed responses.
Choice hides in the ordinary. We imagine it as dramatic and life-altering. But more often it is the tilt of attention, the softness or hardness of a breath, the willingness to pause before speaking. That is where the spiral bends.
The question beneath the day waits for all of us. It never stops asking.
